North Carolina Cooperative Extension is based at North Carolina's two land-grant institutions, NC State University and NC A&T State University, in all 100 counties and on the Cherokee Reservation. 4-H UPDATES 4-H ACHIEVEMENT NIGHT All 4-H youth, family, and friends are invited to attend 4-H Achievement Night on February 21, 2008 at the Gates County Extension Office. The event location will be announced later. A special 4-H slide show is shown with the various activities held throughout the year. If you plan to attend, please pre-register by calling the Extension Center. STEPPIN' OUT REMIX FASHION SHOW Gates County 4-H Next Top Models The show will feature Gates County 4-H'ers and alumni 4-H Steppin' Out Fashion Show models. It will be held at the Gates County High School, Performing Arts Building, Hwy 158, Gatesville, NC on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 7:00pm. Doors will open at 6:30pm. Tickets are $5.00 in advance and $7.00 at the door. Tickets can be purchased in advance from models, Extension Staff, and at the Gates County Extension Center, 112 Court Street, Gatesville, NC 252 357-1400. Sponsored by Gates County 4-H.
