Collapse ▲The Tri-County Winter Production (Union, Anson, and Stanly Counties) meeting will officially be VIRTUAL! The production meeting will be held on Zoom on March 2, 2021, at 6 p.m. We will have Dr. Stephanie Kulesza speaking on the use of poultry litter in field crops and how it impacts nutrients like phosphorus and zinc, Dr. Charlie Cahoon discussing the management of difficult to control weeds in corn including Italian ryegrass, morningglories, sicklepod, and Texas Panicum, and Mikayla Graham, who will be sharing the results of the county trials and management strategies to take home with you.
Register for the Tri-County Production Meeting by Sunday, February 28 by filling out the google form below. Provide your pesticide license number, because 1 hour credit (N, O, D, X) will be available. After registering, you will receive an email closer to the event with information on how to set up Zoom, and how to join the meeting!
