We’re excited to share that Tyvais Scott had the opportunity to represent Gates County 4-H at the 2025 National 4-H Conference in Washington, D.C. Apirl 11th-16th!

Tyvais joined hundreds of teens from across the country for a powerful week of leadership, learning, and making connections. During the conference, delegates worked in teams to research and discuss real-world issues affecting youth and communities. Then they presented their ideas to leaders at federal agencies!

From meeting new friends to visiting historic landmarks and speaking up on important topics like education and workforce development, Tyvais truly made the most of this once-in-a-lifetime experience. He’s come back with new skills, big ideas, and a passion for using his voice to make a difference right here at home.
